Nice value and location. Staff was very friendly. They fixed the problem with my ac promptly. Little kitchenette was available, even though I didn't use it.

The location was convenient for our purposes. I saw on google maps that the main road (Ronald Reagan Blvd) was closed, so I called ahead to ask about best routes. I sent an email several days ahead (contact this property) through booking.com, but never heard back. The room was large and comfortable. Even though I-25 was closeby, we didn't hear traffic noises.

Everything! Room was spacious & well appointed, included full kitchen w/sofa, desk & chairs. Lots of closet & drawer space. No teeny soap & shampoo bottles; regular size pump bottles of body wash, shampoo & conditioner installed directly in the shower. Nice touch! Shower had perfect temp & pressure. Lots of clean white soft fluffy towels and spacious counter areas on either side of bathroom sink. Overstuffed pillows, comfy bed, clean sheets & duvet. Coffee, tea & water available in the lobby all day. Staff was extremely friendly & genuinely concerned that we had a great stay. I am clueless as to why this hotel is rated 2.5, actually better than most 3's we have stayed in.

Everything was fine. Location was great for what we needed. TV channels were enough for what we wanted. I felt comfortable staying there. Loved having almost a full kitchen even though we just needed the fridge for the night. Was very clean and quiet. We would stay again if we needed to.

I liked the kitchenette in the room. There were dishes to use if needed as well & the closet & dresser were spacious!

everything was perfect !!!!! I stood her for a week in a suit with my kids and we didn’t wanna go home ! housekeeping doesn’t bother you unless you request service the staff is so nice and welcoming !! clean so cozy !!! the price is perfect !! I’ve paid more $$ for a darn room! compares to a suit with everything !!!! I love the separate bedroom !! the pool and. jacuzzi were clean the week I was there they drained and filled them up 2-3 times !!

Check-in was quick and easy. Room and hotel were very clean. Rooms were quiet and heard no noise from other rooms or outside. Close to restaurants and other shopping, as well as the conference location I was attending.

The hotel was beside a thoroughfare that was under construction. Once that is done, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great rooms for the price point. There is a shopping district within a 10-15 minute walk. Nice neighbourhood for a stroll.
